As a person, I have always struggled to find quality mental health resources for my community. While I truly believe that therapy is very helpful for improving mental health, I am aware of barriers in terms of finances, resources, privacy, stigma that can get in the way of seeking support. My hope is to create list of resources that people can access readily. I hope this is of help. Please feel free to send any suggestions to me at krishnavoratherapy@gmail.com.
